To secure a property we require a holding deposit to the value of 25% of the rental value, along with a completed booking confirmation form.
The rental balance is then required eight weeks prior to the rental start date, we will send you a reminder out at 9 weeks.
In addition at properties, we ask for a security deposit. This is payable at the same time as the rental balance and is returned by cheque via post or bank transfer. Once the property is inspected at the end of your stay.
Should the rental start date fall within two months of placing a booking. Full payment and the security deposit is required.
Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer or PayPal.
